Settings – Accounts

This page provides instructions for adding, removing and editing send-as email accounts. Site administrators ONLY can set up new accounts. Licensing costs will apply for each account added. Please read licensing instructions on Azure marketplace for more details.

  1. Sign in into your Adaptivemail portal
  2. Navigate to Settings menu on left panel
  3. Click “Accounts” tab

  4. On Add pop-up, provide below information
    • Account Email – Its account email which will be used to send campaign emails
    • Password – Password for the account email.
    • Confirm Password – Confirm password for the account email.
    • Save and Test – It send test email using account email and password
  5. Edit option allows you to edit particular account credentials
  6. Delete option deletes account
