This page provides instructions for adding, removing and editing send-as email accounts. Site administrators ONLY can set up new accounts. Licensing costs will apply for each account added. Please read licensing instructions on Azure marketplace for more details.
- Sign in into your Adaptivemail portal
- Navigate to Settings menu on left panel
- Click “Accounts” tab
- On Add pop-up, provide below information
- Account Email – Its account email which will be used to send campaign emails
- Password – Password for the account email.
- Confirm Password – Confirm password for the account email.
- Save and Test – It send test email using account email and password
- Edit option allows you to edit particular account credentials
- Delete option deletes account
