Setup Campaigns

This page provides instructions for campaign management.

You can create complex campaigns with just a few clicks, replicate at will and automate with ease. Our robust campaign management capabilities come with several unique features that allow you to set priorities, send heads-up notifications to key players, nudge non-responsive recipients, link multiple campaigns and much more! With the power of Adaptive Campaigns at your fingertips, they will be liberated to focus on what is really important – crafting impactful messages, improving business processes, developing meaningful programs or just giving their best to the organization.

  1. Sign in into your Adaptivemail portal
  2. Navigate to AdaptiveCampaign menu on left panel
  3. Click “New Campaign

  4. On New Campaign page, provide below information
    • Campaign Title – Its campaign title which will help you identify the campaign, ex.
      Covid-19 guideline, Work from home policies
    • Category – It’s for categorizing the campaign, ex. Sales, Promotional, Compensation &
      Benefits. You can select category or enter category name which will be created automatically
    • Disabled – This option will help you enable/disable campaign, by default campaign
      created will be in disabled mode
  5. On New Campaign page, you also have four tabs
    • Select Audience – It helps you to select the Audiences to which this campaign is targeted.
    • Select Mail Template – It helps you to select which email template must be used for campaign
    • Schedule – It helps to schedule you campaign, ex. one time, recurring daily, weekly, monthly etc
    • Campaign Options – It helps you to define priority, sequential nudge (reminder), manager heads up notification
  6. On Select Audience tab , provide below information
    • Switch to Distribution group or Switch to Audience – TBD
    • My Audience or Distribution Groups Lists – select Audiences or Distribution Groups to which the campaign is targeted. You can select multiple Audiences or Distribution Groups targeted. You also have search option if your list of audiences is large.
    • Example below

  7. On Select Mail Template tab , provide below information
    • Email Subject Line – it’s the email subject for campaign ex. Covid-19 guideline, Work from home policies
    • My Mail Template – select mail template which needs to be used for the campaign. You can select only one mail template. It also shows you a quick preview of the template on right side.

  8. On Schedule tab, there is option for Campaign Recurrence for sending email Daily, Alternate Day, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly. Its similar Outlook meeting scheduling options

  9. On Campaign Options tab, you can provide below information

    • Set email priority – You can select the priority Low, Normal and High of the email of campaign. Default is Normal
    • Send to Managers Instead – Check this option if you wish to send this campaign to only the supervisor/immediate manager of each member in the targeted audience. Enabling this option will not actually send the campaign to the members of the audience.
    • Heads-Up Email Notifications – Send a notification to other administrators/employees before the campaign is sent. The notification will include the contents of the email campaign and a list of recipients.
      Sequential Nudge Notifications – If recipients have not opened the campaign email, additional emails can be sent as reminders. If more than one email template is specified below, each will be sent in sequence and the interval will transpire between each nudge. If any nudge or the campaign email is opened by a recipient, this sequence will immediately stop for that recipient.
    • Sequential Nurture Emails (campaign set) – Link this campaign to other campaign(s). Audience members will receive this email campaign only if they have first received the email campaign(s) listed below. It is recommended to include a shared set name in the campaign title for each campaign in a set, e.g. [example campaign title] – New Hires 01, [another campaign title] – New Hires 02, etc.
    • Suppress Campaign(s) – Exclude recipients targeted in the following campaigns
    • Suppress Country(ies) – Exclude recipients from the following country(ies)
