The privacy of our visitors and customers is of utmost priority to Adaptivemail. This Privacy Policy informs how we collect, store and use the personal information of those who interact with our website or use our SaaS platform.

Information We Collect

Visitors to our website:

We do not collect any personally identifiable information of visitors to our website(www.adaptivemail.com), except for the information that they may volunteer or choose to provide when interacting with us (for example when filling up a form).

Adaptivemail customers:

‘Customer’ is defined as an enterprise or organization deploying or using the Adaptivemail platform on their own cloud or using AdaptiveMail’s managed cloud within the terms of our mutually agreed upon customer agreement.

The AdaptiveMail platform enables organizations to process their data to provide valuable business services to their employees, partners and customers. AdaptiveMail does not own or control the information that flows through our application. The data that flows through Adaptivemail is provided by the respective clien organization. The client organization is responsible for securing the appropriate permissions before sharing any data with Adaptivemail.

Customers deploying in their own cloud:

Adaptivemail does not collect any personally identifiable information from the application deployed in our customers’ cloud.

In specific instances, the Adaptivemail support team could request and collect information for troubleshooting and investigation purpose for issues escalated to them. Any information collected for such purpose will be used solely for resolving issues and will be deleted upon request.

Customers deploying in Adaptivemail’s Managed cloud:

Access to Enterprise data within the AdaptiveMail application is governed by the contract between Adaptivemail and the client organization.

AdaptiveMail maintains and processes only the data provided by the client organization to provision the services required of the application to the organization. In some cases, this information may be used for AdaptiveMail’s legitimate business operations related to providing the service as described in the contract.

  1. The client organization is responsible for the data, for informing associated persons and for obtaining their consent as the need may be, prior to sharing any personal data with Adaptivemail.

How we store and use your information

AdaptiveMail uses industry accepted standards and security protocols to ensure all data is handled and stored with utmost security. We do not sell or share personal information with other parties, except where we are required to do so by law.

Any personal information that is shared with us is used to fulfil the specific business request it was provided for.

Like all hosting companies, AdaptiveMail uses log files and cookies to improve user experience, enhance product performance and site administration.
